Image Quality
The overall resolution and image quality has been reduced for optimum browse time. The photographs ordered are full quality and printed from high resolution images.

Name and Email Address
A name and valid email address is necessary for ordering photographs and will be used to communicate information about the order and the website’s expiration.

Viewing the Images
Please make sure to check your Internet Options to allow certain features of the site to function. On the right side of the thumbnail page, there is an option to select the number of images that you see at one time. Setting this to 100 will allow you to browse the photographs quickly.

Adding to Your Wish List and Shopping Cart
When viewing large images of the photographs, you have the option of adding images to a Wish List or a Shopping Cart. You will need to create an account with an email address and a password but creating an account will allow you to save your Wish List for access at a later date. Any images placed in your Shopping Cart will be available to purchase while you shop but will not be available during future visits to the site.

Submitting Your Order
Once the submit button on the website is selected, the order will be generated. Please do not click on the submit button more than once.

Fulfilling Your Order
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address provided. Orders generally take 2 to 4 weeks to receive.

Expiration Dates
Expiration dates for individual events can be located on the top right portion of the website. The expiration date is the first date the website will no longer be available.

Payment Methods
Orders can be paid for using either Visa or MasterCard only. The bride and groom from each event can place orders through the studio on your behalf, if you choose a different payment method other than stated above. Please note that the billing information requested on the site must match your credit card information and a valid security code must be included.

Shipping and Tax
Shipping is $5.99 and tax will be calculated for orders shipping within the state of Illinois.

Refunds or Exchanges
Because the individual orders placed on the website are custom per order, refunds or exchanges cannot be granted unless items are defective. Please review your order carefully before submission.
