When you choose TWA Photographic Artists to photograph your special day, we don’t just help you capture your memories – we also help you preserve your memories to ensure they last a lifetime. We were so happy to read Andrea and David’s thoughtful review on how we truly helped make their wedding day memorable.
Booking TWA for our photography was one of the best decisions! Not only do they make everything easy to book online, but they also provide so much support from start to finish. After our initial virtual meeting they only had us put down a small deposit with a 45 day window to back out if needed with a full refund. We really appreciated that option given how we had only seen nonrefundable deposits from other companies (thank you, Mike)! We ended up booking with them of course and they matched us with our main photographer based on our initial meeting. They nailed it! They also included so many discounts and added gifts for booking with them. It was such a great deal. We ended up booking two photographers for our wedding who were both absolutely fantastic (thank you Gina and Rob)! Throughout the process we had a support person who would email us once in a while with tips and tricks but also helped us go through wedding album options prior to the wedding (thank you Jillian)! Everyone at TWA has been so helpful. They are quick to respond to emails and are always happy to help with any question or concern. One instance of going above and beyond was with our wedding canvas. We got a free wedding canvas as part of our package but due to shipping delays, we weren’t going to be able to receive it before our wedding. So the day before, we actually had someone from TWA make another canvas for us and rush it over to deliver it in person!! I was so happy and blown away by the level of care that took. Our wedding canvas was lovely and I was so happy we had it for our wedding day. I could go on forever gushing about how great the staff at TWA have been throughout this process. We are now happily going through all our amazing wedding photos (they turned out even better than I hoped) and again TWA is providing all the support we need to build our custom wedding album (this was also included in our photography package). Shoutout to Ryan for helping us through that process so far! So long story short, what could have been an overwhelming process has been made so much easier by the wonderful people at TWA. They were the first vendor to we booked for our wedding and they set the bar very high! It’s no wonder they were recommended by our venue.
A Lasting Impression
We are so happy that our Chicago wedding photographers were able to leave such a lasting impression on Andrea and David. It was truly an honor to be such a big part of their special day. Not only do Andrea and David have a ton of gorgeous images to remember their big day forever, they also have preserved tangible items such as their canvases and their heirloom wedding album to outlast the test of time.
