BRIDGEPORT ART CENTER features two visually breathtaking event spaces: the SKYLINE LOFT and the SCULPTURE GARDEN GALLERY, both of which define raw urban elegance with architectural elements including timber construction, exposed brick, soaring ceilings, and unparalleled views. These open loft spaces are a blank canvas that can be transformed for any occasion that demands an exceptional setting.

The SKYLINE LOFT offers the city’s largest loft space: 18,500 square feet set against a backdrop of sweeping city views and the South branch of the Chicago River. This dramatic space features 120 linear feet of skylights and the original freight elevator – complete with tiered chandelier and a reclaimed penny bar – which transports guests up to the event space. The SKYLINE LOFT was named the “BEST NEW VENUE” by the Illinois Meetings and Events Magazine and is one of CRAIN’s Chicago Business’ “2016 Best Event Spaces.”

The SCULPTURE GARDEN GALLERY is showcased on the first floor with 12,000 square feet of transformable indoor space alongside an additional 3,000 square feet of covered outdoor space. Two sets of floor to ceiling glass French doors lead outside to original brick arches of the historic railway formerly used in the buildings distribution and manufacturing history. The reclaimed granite brick floor and ivy garden featuring stone, steel and stainless steel works of art sure to create conversation and admiration of guests.
