Weddings at Cafe Ba-Ba-Reeba!

Cafe Ba-Ba-Reeba! can accommodate parties between 10 and 160 in one or more of the six private and semi-private spaces, or a total of 250 with a full restaurant buyout. You can configure our variety of rooms, named for different cities in Spain, for sit-down or cocktail reception events. They can include a bar, gift tables, a dance floor and more! Guests may also choose from a variety of lunch, brunch and dinner packages for a seated dinner, cocktail reception or a combination. The flavorful cuisine and festive atmosphere is right for any event.

“Restaurant: One of the great things about Ba Ba Reeba is that you know you’re getting just good quality food every single time. There’s never a fluctuation of “that was better last time” or something. It’s consistently great. My favorite dishes are the veggie paella, goat cheese baked in tomato sauce, Brussel sprout salad, peri peri chicken, and patatas bravas. All of their sangrias are excellent, too.
Private event: as I mentioned, we hosted our rehearsal dinner here. The event team was outstanding to work with. Our guest count fluctuated a million times, and the team was so great about sending us updated invoices and advising us on additions to help meet the minimum. Also, one of our guest had very severe allergies and food restrictions, and the event team was willing to get on the phone with him to make sure he had enough options. Truly above and beyond service.
At the actual dinner, the space was ready and set up perfectly, and pinxos and sangria started flowing immediately. We had SO MUCH FOOD, and the servers boxed up and labeled all the extras, and gave us big bags so anyone could take something home. We were eating paella out of our freezer for weeks!
Even my grandpa, who doesn’t eat anything but plain steak and potatoes, LOVED the meal. I think he single-handedly demolished an entire plate of chicken and chorizo skewers! “This review is mostly about the events staff and our experience having a group event here. But the food, drinks, and general atmosphere is definitely 5 stars as well!
We had our wedding here in April. We worked closely with the staff and let them know some of our preferences. Our parents both had dietary restrictions, so it was important to us to have dairy free and gluten free options. It was also important to us to have a gift table in the room set up with some photos and mementos.
Everything turned out like a dream! The staff was so accommodating to our guests with dietary restrictions. Our gift table was set up for us upon our arrival.
