Our beautiful, historic venue dates all the way back to 1888, when it was an actual working dairy farm.

With a fully renovated interior, our barn provides all of the modern advances that you need for a wedding or event, without compromising its rustic charm.

Hoosier Grove Barn features a stunning main floor space, where the warmth of the barn wood, & romantic twinkle lights create the perfect setting for your special day. A bridal loft is also made available to you so that you can relax, & get ready right here without the fuss, & maybe with a mimosa or two.

Our one room schoolhouse is accessible for intimate indoor ceremonies, or a fun photo op, while our outdoor ceremony locations include a lush garden (complete with ornamental fire pits, & a stone water fountain), a cozy semi-wooded silo area, & our classic school steps. We even have space for an outdoor tent so you and your guests can dine al fresco. With so many customizable options, there really is something for everyone here at HGB.

“This is an excellent venue and an excellent team! We had Vicki as our coordinator. Any time we emailed a question she would email right back and answer it, and any time we wanted to meet in person to go over more detailed questions she set up a meeting no problem. Day of, Vicki and the rest of the team were ON TOP OF IT. You might not think about this beforehand, but no matter how supportive your family and friends are, every single person in your wedding party/immediate family has a pre-existing relationship with you, and they likely have their own concerns. Having someone like Vicki, who is ONLY concerned with you and your day is extremely beneficial when the stress kicks in. Maybe your sister wants to take more pictures and your friend from out of town wants to chat and your mom wants to fix your hair but your friends want to do a toast together – Vicki will be there to ask you for what YOU want, and if it doesn’t align with whatever else is going on, she’ll make sure it happens for you! The entire rest of the staff at the barn is ALSO on top of things, and there were many times where I asked a coordinator who wasn’t working our wedding questions and they were just as willing to help too! I was happy with the look, price, and included bar in the venue, but ultimately it was the service on the day of (and prep ahead of time) that left such a good impression. “These ladies were INCREDIBLE. Not only is the venue breathtaking and super photographically stunning, but the team seem to truly love putting weddings together. Everyone was incredibly responsive and professional and did their best to accomplish everything I asked for (signature drinks, decorations, photos, etc). They never made me feel like I was being a pain when I would ask dozens of questions at a time via email, and they got back to me ASAP. Day of, Vicki was a true pro and I didn’t have to do ANYTHING but enjoy. I STRONGLY suggest the fire pit! My hubby and I ordered personalized marshmallows with our faces, and the guests loved making smores. The venue has an incredible amount of decorations that are very affordable for use and already fit the venue style. If you love the look of the place, book it!
