Why is there an Email Log-In Requirement?
Everyone will use their own personal email address to log-in to an event to view and purchase images. By using your personal email, this will save any “favorited” images or items you’ve added to your cart.
What type of payment is accepted?
Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
Any other payment considerations?
Prepaid and Gift Cards are not accepted due to our card verification system requiring billing addresses. We highly advise that you do not even attempt to use a Prepaid or Gift Card, as any attempt to use this type of card to pay for your order will (1) be declined, and (2) attempted amounts of funds being authorized will be frozen on the card, even if it gets declined.
When can I expect my order?
Once you click Send Order a small confirmation window will appear showing the amount that will be authorized and charged to your credit card. Once your order has been successfully placed, a receipt is immediately generated. Do not hit your browser’s back button! If you would like to view the event again, use the link to return to the event. An email confirmation is sent within one minute. You can expect delivery of your custom order within two-four weeks.
Why do my images look blurry online in my gallery?
Not to worry! The images you are viewing are media resolution, optimal for web browsing and viewing so many files at one time. Once the image(s) are ordered, we will print from the high resolution versions of these files to ensure the very best quality.
Print Sizes, are these exact?
The 2-up and 4-up wallet products are 2.5″x3.5″ for each wallet and are printed on the same sheet. The 8-up wallet product is 8 die cut prints, each 2.25″x3.25″ with rounded corners. The 3×5 size is 3.5″x5″. All other sizes available for purchase are the same size as listed.
What is the difference between a Low Res and HiRes file?
Media res files are media ready files that are optimized so you can easily share your images online. These are for personal, non-commercial use only. The files are not able to be printed and have our studio logo on the lower right hand side of the image.
HiRes files are meant to be printed and displayed and are much larger in file size. These do not contain our studio logo on them and are designated for personal, non-commercial use.
NOTE: Due to current system limitations, If you purchase a file online in either format, you will be charge a shipping cost. To have this cost refund, please call 630-271-1737 with your order confirmation number.

Will my image crop even though I didn’t customize the crop before placing my order?
Photographic prints come in many standard sizes. All images are created by the camera at a 2:3 ratio (just like a 4×6 print), many print sizes do not have a 2:3 ratio.
