Why I photograph weddings:

I shoot weddings because the creative options are boundless but also because they are just a whole lot of fun to shoot.
I’ve been at it for 30 years and even after all these years my enthusiasm for wedding photography hasn’t changed one bit.
The way I see it, I get paid to take pictures of happy people on their happiest day.
I think it’s the best job in the world!

A little more about me: 

My first camera was ordered from the back of a Sears catalog. I was 17, working at McDonald’s and didn’t have allot of money let alone credit.
I came up with the idea of forging my Dad’s name on a credit card application.
In the end my dad got a new credit card from sears, I got a camera and monthly payments of $13.00 Later that year my Dad discovered my ruse. He just laughed.
