Sky on Nine is a wedding and event venue located in Rosemont, Illinois. Located on the ninth floor of the Staybridge Suites/Holiday Inn building, this event space will give you and your guests stunning views of the Chicagoland area.

Sky on Nine features an open floor plan to accommodate various seating arrangements. Large, floor-to-ceiling windows surround the space, giving panoramic city views and plenty of natural light. With the elegant chandeliers and neutral color scheme, couples will have the freedom to create their dream theme from the ground up.

The venue’s in-house caterer, LM Catering & Events, will be ready to take care of all of your food and beverage needs. Using, fresh, seasonal ingredients, the catering team will make sure that each detail, from your hors d’oeuvres to your dessert display, makes a mouthwatering statement. Sky on Nine will also provide you with tables, chairs, linens, and various dinnerware items to complete your reception setup.

“We recently had a wedding at Sky on Nine and it truly exceeded our expectations. The venue is so beautiful, modern, and elegant. It is beautiful on its own, but at the same time, you can decorate it any way you want, and I think it would complement the venue style well. It also is very convenient that it is connected to a hotel for guests and also right next to the airport. They also gave us a free night stay in the penthouse suite of the hotel for the wedding night. It is a very unique venue with gorgeous chandeliers and windows all along the outside of it, unlike most ballrooms that are inside of hotels with no windows. We even decided to have a travel theme for the wedding, which made being able to see the airplanes taking off out the window even more magical. The food was also incredible. There are many options, but you cannot go wrong. It was hard to pick which food options we wanted, because they were all so good. The staff provided exceptional service during the wedding, and both Jancy and Lesley were very helpful and attentive throughout the whole planning process and the during the wedding day. We had both our ceremony and reception at the venue and were initially worried about doing a room flip, but the staff was so accommodating and the room flip went seamlessly. It all began when we first secured our date and there was a bit of a hiccup with our church- Jancy and team were SO accommodating and made us feel at ease with the flexibility. LM catering is so easy to work with and the food is incredible! Food was a big ticket item on our list and we had many guests rave about it after the wedding. The venue itself is so modern and chic- and you can do whatever you envision with it. Not to mention… having it on the penthouse of a hotel- AMAZING for our family and guests. “We recently had our wedding reception at Sky on Nine and I would highly recommend this venue. From the very beginning, Jancy was super helpful and made the planning experience seamless. She answered all our questions in a timely manner and provided direction in decision making. She helped us build a timeline and offered lots of planning advice. The venue itself is absolutely stunning. The high ceilings and windows make the space feel huge. The space accommodated our guest count nicely. The chandeliers and the space itself are beautiful so I did not have to do much decorating. It was the perfect venue for the timeless, modern, minimalist vibe I was going for. Sky on Nine uses LM Catering which was absolutely amazing. They have a wide variety of food selections and everything we had at our tasting was so good. Our guests also loved the food.
