Why I photograph weddings:
I enjoy learning about the couple’s story and recording the rawness of everyone’s emotions and reactions during the wedding. No matter how extravagant or simple the wedding is, I always hope to tell their beautiful story in a video that they will enjoy and treasure. This is what makes my job truly fulfilling and rewarding.
There are no take-twos at a wedding, so I make sure to stay focused and capture everything, from the bride getting ready to the first look to the “I Dos” to the first kiss to the first dance and the cake cutting. I want to make sure I capture enough footage of the day, so I don’t miss anything.
My favorite quote:
Who is wise? He who learns from everyone.
My favorite dessert:
I can eat chocolate ice cream everyday.
My favorite place to visit:
As a person who grew up in a tropical country, my favorite place to visit is Boracay, Philippines.
My ideal Friday night:
Staying in to relax and catch up with my favorite Netflix shows.
A little more about me:
I started as a Segment Director at a TV network. This was an advantage for me, specifically when I would film various segments for broadcast. It was during these years, I believe, that I have culminated my own style which I applied to wedding videography. Filming is my passion and craft, and I absolutely love every aspect of the process, especially meeting people and learning their unique stories. I can deliver raw emotion from couples in a cinematic, creative and non-overly dramatic style.
